Dijon Garlic Crusted Trout

This is by far the best trout I have ever made. It converted my daughter into eating fish!
Ingredients
Dijon Mustard
Panko Crumbs
Lemon peel
fresh Garlic
Salt
Brown Sugar (coconut sugar)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450F
- Pat the trout dry
- Add a layer of Dijon Mustard
- Mix the remaining ingredients together and add to the top of the Dijon on the trout
- Add trout to a pan with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Saving Money:
You can use sole for this one, as its a bit cheaper in price, but it does lack in nutritional content.

I did not give measurements for the toppings that go on the fish because I just threw it all together quickly without measuring. I wanted to capture how good this was on paper and figure next time I make it I will measure out what I do and let you know 😉
