Dijon Garlic Crusted Trout

Title: Dijon Crusted Trout

This is by far the best trout I have ever made. It converted my daughter into eating fish!

Ingredients

3-4 Trout
Dijon Mustard
Panko Crumbs
Lemon peel
fresh Garlic
Salt
Brown Sugar (coconut sugar)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450F
  2. Pat the trout dry
  3. Add a layer of Dijon Mustard
  4. Mix the remaining ingredients together and add to the top of the Dijon on the trout
  5. Add trout to a pan with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Saving Money:

You can use sole for this one, as its a bit cheaper in price, but it does lack in nutritional content.

Tips: 

I did not give measurements for the toppings that go on the fish because I just threw it all together quickly without measuring. I wanted to capture how good this was on paper and figure next time I make it I will measure out what I do and let you know 😉
