Our Mission: to educate and inspire awakening parents and souls to accept their wholeness and nourish self and family well.
Our Why: This will positively impact future generations, so they rise up knowing their worth, knowing how to cook in the kitchen and knowing the value of nourishing others and this world. This will lead to a healthier and happier humanity.
Our Goal: to help 1 million moms in the next 5 years join in this mission, through Kitchen Alchemy Course, and live Whole and Healthy in their lives, everyday.

Healthy Mindset
Recent studies have connected a “healthy” dietary pattern to a lower risk of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and suicide in adults. Results showed that a high intake of fruits, vegetables, fish and whole grains protected against depression. Researchers have turned up similar findings in children and teenagers. The analysis also found a consistent and positive relationship between an “unhealthy” dietary pattern – a higher intake of saturated fat, sugar, refined starches and processed foods – and poorer mental health in youth. We not only take mindset in relation to healthy foods seriously, but we take educating about MIND, necessary. Here we teach about What Mind is, How mind works, How to train your mind, and how to follow guidance instead of the ego in life and in the kitchen.
Healthy Body
How does whole & healthy eating impact health? According to Minnesota University research, “The food we eat gives our bodies the “information” and materials they need to function properly. If we don’t get the right information, our metabolic processes suffer and our health declines.
If we get too much food, or food that gives our bodies the wrong instructions, we can become overweight, undernourished, and at risk for the development of diseases and conditions, such as obesity, arthritis, diabetes, and heart disease.”
We pay attention to our bodies and what they are saying. We listen to our bodies and give it what it needs, so that it is healthy and we can pay attention our Souls. We also encourage consistent physical exercise and deep sleep. All is important for a Whole and Healthy Life.
Whole Foods Benefit Everyone
The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the professional organization of dietitians, released a position statement on vegetarian diets, saying appropriately planned vegetarian, including vegan diets “are appropriate for all stages of the life cycle, including pregnancy, lactation, infancy, childhood, adolescence, older adulthood, and for athletes.” Everyone can benefit from a lifestyle that centers around whole and healthy food choices. When we eat meat and dairy products they are sourced locally, have pastured and free range animals and are antibiotic free. When we pay attention too and care about where we get our food, how it is grown and how it is sourced, prepared and harvested, we can contribute more love on our planet and for each other, which increases our health and quality of life.

Worldwide, new reports suggest that agriculture produces around a half of all man-made emissions. Changing the foods that you eat can have a big impact on your carbon footprint. And reduce pollution, preserve the environment and slow global warming. Many of these changes will also save you money, improve your health and even keep you fit! The carbon footprint of a vegetarian diet is about half that of a meat-lover’s diet. Lowering your meat intake is our goal, not elimination, just pay attention to where your meat comes from and how it is cared for, knowing that every loving and mindful decision contributes to a healthier happier world.

At Whole & Healthy Kitchen we eat whole foods, which means eating mostly plants – vegetables, fruit, berries. Reduced grain intake and whole sprouted grains when we do. Smaller portions of meat that are responsibly and sustainably raised and grass fed. Organically farmed eggs and fish. Sprout/soak all nuts, seeds, grains, legumes. Avoid processed foods to the best of our ability. Consume healthy fats, such as coconut oil, avocado or olive oil. These ingredients mixed together create whole and well balanced meals.
Research shows that whole food plant-based diets are cost-effective, low-risk interventions that may lower body mass index, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels.
Whole Foods are abundant in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Whole foods are a natural medicines from the earth/God and they help contribute to nourishment and wellness.
A whole food plant based lifestyle treats a variety of chronic conditions, lowers body weight, decreases risk of cancer, and reduces risk of death from heart disease.
